Digital Voice Capture & Recognition
Digital Dictation eliminates the need for tapes and ensures the fast, cost effective distribution of dictations.
Digital Dictation
At the core of the digital dictation is the intelligent management of dictation files by a server or network of servers. Digital Dictation voice files are sent electronically across LANs, WANs or the Internet to servers that identify a user's details and automatically send his or her dictation to the most appropriate secretary, support group or outsourced transcription providers for completion. Users dictate into a telephone, PC, or PDA, while secretaries can be located in the firm’s offices or at a computer in their home.
